Unicode is an international encoding standard for use with different languages and scripts, by which each latter, digits, or symbol is assigned a unique numeric value that applies across different platforms and programs. 

So, Nepali unicode is needed to make uniform typing practice to all over the world. With this we can be able to check the spalling and meaning and also we can sort data according as our requirement where traditional fonts like Preeti, Kathmandu etc. doesnt have this feature.
